CORE CAPABILITY

Upstream know-how.
End-to-end execution.

Practical manufacturing engineering from polymer chips through downstream suture processing, packaging and production stabilization.

01

Spinning & Auto Winding

Process design, operating-window development and controlled winding for absorbable polymer filament manufacturing.

POLYMER CHIPS → FILAMENT
02

Braiding & Heat Treatment

Braiding process engineering and heat-treatment control for stable suture structure and repeatable manufacturing.

FILAMENT → BRAIDED SUTURE
03

Coating, Inspection & Packaging

Process integration covering coating, inspection and controlled packaging for consistent production quality.

SUTURE PROCESSING
04

Scale-up & Troubleshooting

Root-cause analysis, full-size trials and production stabilization focused on robust operating conditions.

TRIAL → MASS PRODUCTION
